PhD student Rayna (Yihao) Li has been selected as one of two graduate students to receive the 2025 Newman Exploration Travel Award. This summer, she will travel to Switzerland to conduct preliminary dissertation research on European automata and the artistic exchanges between Europe and China in the early modern period.
