Graduate students Victoria Barry (MA) and Lacy Murphy (PhD) have been awarded a Small Change Grant from the Gephardt Institute of Civic and Community Engagement's Civic Engagement Fund. This grant is for a Department of Art History and Archaeology event entitled "Afrosurrealism/Futurism: Black Radical Imagination," featuring artist Damon Davis, writer D. Scot Miller, and Associate Professor Dr. Rebecca Wanzo of the Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies department at Washington University in St. Louis.
